Company Program – A Student Venture is the ultimate training ground for budding entrepreneurs. This program shows students what is really involved in creating and running a business. From developing marketing campaigns to deciding how to distribute dividends, your students will have the opportunity to do it all.

Participants will have the unique experience to work together to:

• Develop & evaluate their corporate mission statement and goals

• Research and identify target markets and product ideas

• Create a business plan and final shareholder’s report

• Source product suppliers and set up operations

• Analyze and decide on marketing strategies

• Take on different management roles within a team context

• Develop a budget, track finances and produce financial statements
