Junior Achievement participants across BC may apply for these awards & scholarships if they meet the eligibility requirements

NEW- Dr. Donald Rix "Inspiring Business Excellence" Scholarship
The Award will recognize Aboriginal or rural or immigrant students who have demonstrated significant growth in business excellence skills, improvement in learning skills, demonstrated leadership and/or entrepreneurial skills. The winning student will receive a $2,000 scholarship towards post-secondary education in the academic or trades and technology careers of their choice.
Award for Excellence & Leadership
Recognizing achievement in the development of effective leadership, personal initiative and business management skills. Recipient to attend JAX, JA of Canada’s international student conference in August 7-13, 2010 at Queens School of Business, Kingston, ON.
JA Scholarship for Entrepreneurial Studies
Sponsored by BCIT’s Venture Development Centre, recognizing entrepreneurial skills and desire to start a business. Recipient to attend BCIT’s ‘Starting Your Own Business’ evening program.
Kathy Barnett Memorial Scholarship-Sponsored by Women's Enterprise Centre
Recognizes an outstanding high school woman who aspires to become an entrepreneur. Recipient to receive a $2000 scholarship towards post-secondary education in business.

Sponsored by CIBC to recognize excellence in teamwork & cooperation, creativity & innovation and outstanding planning & operation of a Student Venture Company
JA Sales Awards (two awards)
Recognizing outstanding performance in sales and marketing in Company Program- A Student Venture at both the Corporate (company) and individual levels
Award for Best Investors’/Shareholders’ Report
Recognizing excellence in reporting Student Venture company finances and operations.
